James’s place worked well for my overnight stay during a business trip. I liked that there was a carport to park my car under, also local shops were in walking distance

We spent a week in Eastbourne and loved our stay at the gables. Communication from James was great and the check in process was simple. The flat was spacious, comfortable, clean and overall a brilliant place to base ourselves for the duration of our stay. The location is fab and there is lots to do just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again when in Eastbourne!

We spent 4 nights at The Gables exploring this lovely part of the country. We felt immediately at home in this delightful flat, it is just like the photos but even better. The local amenities are great, lovely coffee at the tennis cafe and meals at The Lamb, but book ahead in the main bar area. James is a very responsive host, ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Eastbourne. Het appartement is prima gelegen om de prachtige kustlijn met onder andere de Seven Sisters te gaan ontdekken. James reageerde steeds snel en proactief. Het appartement had alles wat we (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) nodig hadden en was erg netjes. Een aanrader! Bedankt James!
